Digital Product Delivery Policy

1. Digital Product Delivery Method

All products on GraphicsRegion.com, including mockups, templates, and PSD files, are digital downloads. Upon successful purchase, you will be able to download products from My Product dashboard. No physical products will be shipped.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Instant Access: After your purchase is complete and payment is confirmed, you will be granted access to the digital files instantly.
  • In rare cases of delayed access (e.g., technical issues), please contact our support team at support@graphicsregion.com for assistance.

3. Download Instructions

  • Once payment is processed, you will be redirect to My Product page and if not redirect then you can simply visit https://graphicsregion.com/my-products or by clicking on My Product button given on Navbar.
  • In My Product button you can click on Download Now button to click the respective product.
  • You might require to allow popup in your browser to download the respective file.
  • You will only get the Photoshop files and not cover image file.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: As digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, cancellation is not typically allowed. Please review the product details thoroughly before finalizing your order.
  • Refunds: Refunds for digital products will only be issued if there is a technical issue preventing access to the purchased product. You must contact us within 24 hours of purchase for assistance. However we can't gurantee the refund in such cases also.
  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are subject to approval and review. The product must meet the criteria of a technical issue preventing access.
  • Processing Refunds: Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
